Frontier Women Alliance for Inclusive Development (FWAID) is committed to strengthening the economic independence of women and marginalized communities through comprehensive skill development initiatives. Our Skill Development & Vocational Training Program provides practical, market-oriented training that equips participants with the knowledge and expertise needed to secure decent employment or start their own businesses.
The program focuses on vocational skills such as tailoring, embroidery, handicrafts, digital literacy, and basic IT training. In addition to technical skills, participants receive mentorship, confidence-building sessions, and entrepreneurship guidance to enhance their professional growth.
Through inclusive training centers and community-based workshops, FWAID ensures that women, persons with disabilities, and marginalized individuals have equal access to opportunities that improve their livelihoods and social status. This program not only builds skills but also restores dignity, self-confidence, and financial independence.
