FWAID successfully conducted a comprehensive skills development program in Abbottabad, equipping over 300 women with digital literacy and vocational training. The initiative focused on practical skills including basic IT, online freelancing, tailoring, and small business management.

Participants gained hands-on experience and confidence to explore employment opportunities and entrepreneurial ventures. The training also included mentorship sessions and guidance on accessing local markets. Through this initiative, FWAID continues to strengthen women’s economic participation and promote financial independence in the Hazara region.
