FW AID

The Frontier Women Alliance for Inclusive Development was honoured to actively participate in the successful Gender in Humanitarian Action (GiHA) consultation and annual work planning session convened by UN Women Pakistan in collaboration with the National Disaster Management Authority and UNDP Pakistan. Bringing together 75 key humanitarian stakeholders, the session reinforced the critical importance of localization, women’s leadership, and accountable humanitarian responses that truly serve the most vulnerable communities.

Our Executive Director passionately highlighted the need to bridge the gap between available resources and grassroots civil society organizations, particularly those working directly with frontline communities. The consultation provided a valuable platform for Women-Led Organizations, Women’s Rights Organizations, and coordination bodies to collaborate on practical solutions and build stronger, more inclusive partnerships.

Let’s join hands to build a resilient and empowered community for women and girls! We remain deeply committed to ensuring no community is left behind in humanitarian efforts. Thank you to UN Women Pakistan and all partners for creating this important space for dialogue and collective action toward a more gender-responsive and inclusive future.
