FW AID

We are proud to have hosted a powerful and insightful panel discussion featuring a distinguished lineup of national and international experts who brought deep expertise, lived experience, and unwavering commitment to the forefront. The panel included Ms. Sabahat Bokhari (Inclusion Lab), Dr. Afshan Tehseen (CEO Human Capital Pakistan & Former Chairperson NCRC), Dr. Arif Laghari (Ministry of Human Rights), Dr. Khalid Sulehri (Founder Human Rights Observer), Ms. Maria Qureshi (National Forum of Women with Disabilities / STEP), Ms. Amna Munawwar Awan (CoPAIR), Ms. Tahseen (Author & Activist, Italy), Mr. Iftikhar Hussain (Communications Expert, VOA Pashto, Washington), Ms. Syeda Kainat Fatima (Aging, Disability & Diversity Task Force), Ms. Mariam Khan (Global Women Development Network), Ms. Quratul Ain (Vice President FPCCI / President FPCCI Women), Ms. Yasmin Karim (Activist & Expert, Gilgit-Baltistan), Ms. Sadaf Asim Abbasi (Former Vice President IWCCI), and Ms. Mehreen Elahi (Founder, The Majmua Art Gallery).

Together, the experts emphasized the urgent digital protection needs of women with disabilities, who face heightened cyber vulnerabilities including accessibility barriers, identity-based harassment, and limited access to reporting mechanisms. Panelists also powerfully highlighted the dual discrimination experienced by transgender individuals both offline and online, calling for structural reforms, community training programs, and responsive law-enforcement protocols. At the Frontier Women Alliance for Inclusive Development, we stand committed to translating these critical conversations into concrete action.

Let’s join hands to build a resilient and empowered community for women and girls! Through collective advocacy, policy engagement, and inclusive digital safety initiatives, we are working to create safer online spaces for all — especially the most marginalized. Thank you to every expert, participant, and partner who made this dialogue impactful. Together, we move forward with purpose toward a Pakistan where digital rights are human rights for every woman and girl.
